Deliver core functionality such as personalised search, saved listings, and booking flows.
Connect you with relevant developers, agents, and underwriting partners when you request project information.
Send product updates, market insights, and compliance notices you opt into.
Maintain platform reliability, prevent fraud, and meet regulatory requirements in the markets we operate.

We never sell your personal information. Any vendor partners we engage must meet Wizer’s security standards and sign data processing agreements.

3. Protecting your data

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ and stored using AES-256 encryption at rest.
Access to production systems is gated behind role-based controls, hardware security keys, and continuous monitoring.
We conduct periodic penetration tests, vendor risk reviews, and incident response simulations.
Our infrastructure is hosted with providers that maintain ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance.

4. Your privacy controls

You can manage your information at any time:

Update profile details, communication preferences, and saved searches directly in your account.
Request export or deletion of your data by contacting privacy@wizerproperties.com.
Opt out of marketing updates via unsubscribe links embedded in every campaign.

5. Updates to this policy

We review this policy regularly to reflect product enhancements or regulatory changes. When we make updates, we will:

Publish the new effective date below.
Notify active users via email or in-app messaging for material changes.
Maintain a changelog so you can track what changed and why.
