This Privacy Policy is issued by Wizer Properties Co., Ltd. (“Wizer Properties”, “we”, “us”), the data controller responsible for your personal data, and explains how we collect, use and protect it in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the “PDPA”).
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three primary ways:
- Information you provide when creating an account, saving listings, booking consultations or contacting support. This may include your name, email, phone number, investment preferences and communication history.
- Usage information such as pages visited, search filters and device metadata that help us improve performance and relevance.
- Partner and public data used to verify listings, pricing and developer credentials to keep marketplace content accurate.
2. How we use your information
We process your data to:
- Deliver core functionality such as personalised search, saved listings and booking flows.
- Connect you with relevant developers, agents and underwriting partners when you request project information.
- Send product updates, market insights and compliance notices you opt into.
- Maintain platform reliability, prevent fraud and meet regulatory requirements in the markets we operate.
We rely on your consent, the need to perform our contract with you (such as maintaining your account) and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the platform as our legal basis for processing your data, in line with the PDPA.
We never sell your personal information. Any vendor partners we engage must meet Wizer’s security standards and sign data processing agreements.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see “Your privacy controls” below.
3. Protecting your data
As an early-stage platform, we build security into Wizer Properties using industry-standard practices:
- Data sent between your browser and our platform is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
- Access to our systems and databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.
- We host our platform with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and keep our software up to date with security patches.
Our servers may be located outside Thailand. Where your personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with the PDPA.
As Wizer Properties grows, we will continue to strengthen our security practices and will update this policy to reflect any changes.
4. Your privacy controls
You can manage your information at any time:
- Update profile details, communication preferences and saved searches directly in your account.
- Request export or deletion of your data by contacting privacy@wizerproperties.com.
- Opt out of marketing updates via unsubscribe links embedded in every campaign.
Under the PDPA, a Data Protection Officer is generally required only for organisations carrying out large-scale monitoring or processing of personal data. 5. Your rights under Thailand’s PDPA
As a data subject under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy of it.
- Rectify any personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erase or anonymise your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Restrict how we process your personal data.
- Data portability — receive your personal data in a portable format, or have it transferred directly to another provider where technically feasible.
- Object to our processing of your personal data.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe we have not handled your data in accordance with the PDPA.

6. Updates to this policy
We review this policy regularly to reflect product enhancements or regulatory changes. When we make updates, we will:
